Submersible sewage pump with external macerator as submersible monobloc unit, for stationary and portable wet well and long-term operation.
Horizontal pressure connection for threaded/flanged connection (MTC 40) or flanged connection (MTC 32), depending on type. Open multi-channel impellers are used.
Surface-cooled electric motors in single-phase version (MTC 40 only) and three-phase version for direct starting are used. The heat is given off directly to the environment via the motor housing. The motors can be operated in immersed state in continuous duty (S1) and in non-immersed state in intermittent duty (S2) or intermittent duty (S3).
Electric motors are equipped with winding temperature monitoring sensors. The winding temperature monitoring protects the motor against overheating. According to the standard, bimetal sensors are used for this purpose.
The power supply cable has a loose end and a standard length of 10 m. The "A" version is equipped with a float switch and plug with protective contact.
There is a sealing chamber between the electric motor and the hydraulic part. It is filled with white medical grade Vaseline oil and protects the electric motor from fluid ingress through the seal on the pump side.
