Type

Pressure wastewater lifting unit with two separate pumps, installed in a non-immersed state

Application

Pumping of wastewater containing faecal matter (in accordance with DIN EN 12050-1) which cannot be discharged into the sewer system through the natural gradient, and disposal of fluids with backflow protection from the sewer discharge below the backflow level (in accordance with DIN EN 12056-1).

Description/construction

A ready-to-connect and fully submersible sewage lifting unit (immersion height: 2 m w.c., immersion time: 7 days), with one or two gas- and watertight storage tanks. Equipped with two Wilo-Drain TP 80 or TP 100 wastewater pumps (material: stainless steel and composite materials). Ease of operation thanks to low overall system weight, e.g. a twin-pump system with the TP 80 pump weighs only 160 kg (the heaviest single weight is 62 kg for the pump). Optimal emptying of the tanks due to the deep suction system.

Cautions: The control unit cannot be operated in a submerged state, so it must be installed in a water-proof location.
