Description/construction

The submersible wastewater pump is constructed as submersible monobloc unit for portable wet well installation.

Hydraulic part

Outlet on the pressure side is designed as vertical threaded connection with Storz coupling. The impellers are open diverter impellers.

Electric motor

Up to size 20 self-cooling AC motors or three-phase motors are used. Self-cooled motors are filled with oil. From size 24, surface-cooled three-phase AC motors with winding temperature sensor and cooling jacket are used.

Explosion-proof KS units ... The explosion-proof version is equipped with a surface-cooled motor without a cooling jacket.

All types can be operated continuously in immersed and non-immersed condition. When the water level is low, water can be sucked in with the air.

A seal chamber is available to protect the electric motors from fluid ingress. filled with environmentally friendly oil.

Up to size 20, the power cable is detachable and is 10 m long. From size 24, the power supply cable is fixedly connected and is 20 m long. The power cable is always fitted with a plug. The S version is additionally equipped with a float switch. The DMS version is equipped with a control unit with integrated motor protection.

Sealing

Sealing on the medium and motor sides is ensured by two mechanical seals which operate independently of the direction of rotation.
