2-, 3- or 4-bladed propeller with a nominal propeller diameter of 200 to 800 mm. Special downward curved blade edge shape to prevent winding. Propellers up to 400mm diameter have a patented Helix hub.
Electric motor
T-series submersible motor (surface-cooled) with standard connection for easy and efficient regulation of the motor power. The motor heat is given off directly to the conveyed fluid via the housing. The winding is equipped with temperature control. Large-sized inclined (not with RZP 80-2) and grooved ball bearings ensure long service life of the motor bearings.
Seal
RZP 20 ... 40
Double shaft seals with large-volume seal chamber to collect leakage from the mechanical seal. Optionally, the seal chamber can be equipped with an external rod electrode. On the fluid side, sealing is by means of a corrosion- and wear-resistant mechanical seal made of solid silicon carbide metal; on the motor side, sealing is by means of a radial lip seal. A seal bushing ensures long-term corrosion-protected fit of the mechanical seal.
RZP 50-3 ... 80-2
Double shaft sealing with volumetric sump and seal chamber to compensate for leaks in both mechanical seals. Optionally, the sump chamber can be equipped with an external rod electrode. On the motor and pumped liquid side, sealing is by means of a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mechanical seal made of solid silicon carbide metal. Sealing between the individual chambers is by means of a radial lip seal. A sealing sleeve ensures a corrosion-protected fit of the mechanical seal in the long term.
RZP 50-3 ... 80-2 Gearbox
Single-stage planetary gear unit with replaceable gears. The gear bearings are dimensioned so that the resulting mixing forces are absorbed and are not transferred to the motor bearings.
Cable
Longitudinally sealed power cable H07 for heavy mechanical loads (RZP 20) or NSSHÖU for heavy mechanical loads. The power cable is fed into the motor housing through a watertight cable gland with anti-tensioning and anti-kink protection.
