Dual pump function

Main/Standby operation mode (automatic switchover in case of malfunction/pump changeover on timer). If a twin pump is to be operated in "main/standby" operating mode, the control mode and head or speed step C1, C2, C3 must be identical on both pumps.
Parallel operation of two pumps (switching on and off at peak load with efficiency optimization). If the twin pump is to be operated in dual pump/peak duty mode, both pumps must be set to an identical Δp-c control mode with identical head or constant speed with the same speed step C1, C2, C3.
An additional control device is required to switch the pumps, e.g. in case of a malfunction.
