Description/construction

Axial submersible sewage pump as fully submersible submersible monobloc unit for stationary wet well installation.

Hydraulic section

The angle of the propeller impeller blades can be adjusted manually. In this way the unit can be adjusted for different plant conditions.

Electric motor

Surface-cooled motors (T-motors) give off their heat directly to the surrounding fluid and can be used in immersed state for continuous operation.

A seal chamber is available to protect the motors from fluid ingress. It is also accessible from the outside and can optionally be monitored by means of a seal chamber tightness control electrode.

All liquid types used to fill the various chambers are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

The cable gland of the T motors is longitudinally sealed. The cable length is configured individually for each application.

Sealing

Depending on the motor type, the following sealing variants are available on liquid and motor side:

  • Option G: Two independently operating mechanical seals
  • Option K: Sealing cassette with two independently operating mechanical seals
