One Plus stabil is a universal metal-polymer pipe. One Plus stabil - can be used both for water supply (cold water, hot water) and for heating systems.

Stabil pipes are made of molecular cross-linked polyethylene and have an internal aluminum layer (PE-X/AL/PE). Stabil pipe diameters – 16 mm, 20, 25, 32 mm.

The color of the One Plus Stabil pipes is light silver aluminum.

Maximum operating temperature – 95°C.

Stabil pipes can be supplied in coils of 100 meters (outer diameter - 16.2 and 20 mm), in coils of 50 m (outer diameter - 25, 32 mm)

Fire resistance class – B2 (normally flammable).

When installing stabil pipes, you can additionally use a protective corrugated pipe, and for fire safety - fire cuffs.

One Plus stabil pipe is a new generation of metal-polymer pipes. Pipe type - PEX-AL-PEX, working pressure (max.) - 10 atm. at an operating temperature of 95 °C, are produced with outer diameters from 16 to 32 mm, color - steel gray.

One Plus Stabil pipes are used for installation of openly laid pipelines (risers and mains under the basement ceiling, as well as baseboard wiring) in plumbing and heating systems. One Plus Stabil pipes are used for heating and water supply systems. They have a durable, self-supporting inner layer made of PEX-A and retain their strength properties even if the aluminum shell is damaged. Pipes retain their shape when bent, direct connection to a heating device is possible, low thermal expansion. In drinking water supply systems, One Plus stabil pipes are designed to transport cold and hot water of drinking quality with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. The One Plus stabil pipe can be continuously operated at a temperature of 70°C, and for a short time (in emergency mode) even at a temperature of 100°C. In heating systems, the One Plus Stabil pipe can be used as a supply line at a temperature of 95°C with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. Its short-term operation (in emergency mode) is allowed at a temperature of 100°C.
