Type

Highly efficient, ready-to-connect water supply plant. Multi-stage high pressure centrifugal stainless steel pump with dry rotor, including Economy CE + controller.

Application

Fully automatic water supply and pressure increase in residential, office and administrative buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping complexes and various industrial facilities
Pumping of potable and service water, cooling water, fire-fighting water (except for fire-fighting installations according to the DIN14462 and with permission of local fire protection authorities) and other technical needs, which neither chemically nor mechanically destroys the materials used and does not contain abrasive and long-fibre inclusions

Description/structure

Support frame: galvanized steel, with height adjustable anti-vibration mounts, providing good structure-borne sound insulation. Other models available on request.
Complete pipework: complete stainless steel pipework, suitable for connection of all types of pipework; the pipework is designed according to the total hydraulic capacity of the pressure booster unit.
Pumps: 1 pump of the series Helix V 4 to Helix V 52; all parts in contact with the fluid to be pumped are made of stainless steel; other versions on request. KTW/WRAS/ACS approval for all parts in contact with the pumped liquid.
Fittings: On the pressure side the pump is equipped with a ball check valve with DVGW approval mark or a shut-off valve with DVGW approval mark and, on the pressure side, with a non-return valve with KTW approval.
Diaphragm pressure vessel 8 l/PN16 located on the discharge side is fitted with a butyl rubber diaphragm with DVGW/KTW approval, which meets the requirements of food safety law. For inspection and testing purposes, equipped with shut-off ball valve, draining system and flow fittings with DVGW/KTW approval in accordance with DIN 4807
Pressure sensor: 4 to 20 mA, arranged on the discharge side for controlling the central CE+ controller
Pressure display: Pressure gauge ø 63 mm on the end pressure side. Additional digital end pressure indication on the alphanumeric touch screen of the Comfort Controller
Control unit/controller: The unit is equipped with a CE+ controller as standard
