Modular structure of the cabinet

    • PPE.

  2. Distribution panels(VRU-RP group):
    • RShU1;
    • RShU2.
    • Purpose: Distribution of electrical energy to consumers within the system.
  3. Variable Frequency Drive Cabinet (ShAU-VFD Group):
    • ShPCh.
    • Purpose: Control of the rotation speed of electric motors using frequency regulation.

The VRU-VP design integrates the following key components:

  • Input switches—serve for manual switching on/off of the power supply;
  • Electricity meters— Record the volumes of active and reactive energy consumed;
  • Control and measuring instruments include ammeters for monitoring current and voltmeters for monitoring network voltage.

Thus, VRU-VP cabinets form the basic energy metering and distribution unit, ensuring the safe and transparent operation of the heating plant`s electrical equipment.

VRU-RP Series Distribution Cabinets (Models RShU1, RShU2)

VRU-RP cabinets serve as a centralized distribution unit in the heating plant`s electrical system. Their main purpose is Proper distribution of electricity between all process consumers of the facility.

The VRU-RP cabinets include:

  • input buses—enable the reception of electricity from the VRU-VP (VP1 and VP2) input cabinets, forming a continuous power supply circuit;
  • electricity meters—record the energy consumption of the pumping equipment of the cold water supply system (CWS);
  • circuit breakers— guarantee protection of circuits from overloads and short circuits;
  • power control units(BNN, BNR, BRP, BPP) — Designed for efficient control of process equipment electric drives.

ShAU-ChRP Series Variable Frequency Drive Cabinet (Model ShPCh)

The ShAU-ChRP cabinet is a specialized automation module designed for intelligent control of the electric drive of pumping equipment within a heating plant. Its key function is to implement frequency control and ensure a soft start of electric motors, which significantly improves the reliability and energy efficiency of the system.
