Cabinets with two power inputs

Overview

Power Supply Control Cabinets with Redundant Power Supply (Model SHAU-A)

The SHAU-A cabinet design allows for dual power supply from two separate power sources equipped with a built-in automatic transfer switch (ATS).

Redundancy System Operation Principle

If abnormal conditions occur at the main input, such as:

  • Circuit break;
  • Complete power outage;
  • Phasing fault (incorrect phase sequence)

The ATS system immediately transfers power to the backup input. Once the main input parameters have stabilized, the power supply automatically returns to its original mode.

A dedicated switch is located on the front panel of the cabinet for manual selection of the priority source.

Model Identification

Models with dual power supply include the letter index "B" in their designation. Example of full identification: SHAU-A-380B-SHCHA(1234-ATM)-54.

Advantages of Operating the SHAU-A Cabinet

The implementation of this equipment provides a comprehensive effect:

  • optimization of coolant flow— Reduction in the volume of heat consumed through precise regulation;
  • Water conservation—rational use of water in the system;
  • Energy efficiency—reduction in energy consumption thanks to intelligent control of pumps in the hot and cold water supply (DHW and CLW) circuits;
  • Simplified maintenance—reduction in labor costs due to automation of key processes.
