Control cabinets for heating stations

Automatic Control Cabinets for Heating Substations (SHAU-A)

The SHAU-A series cabinets are high-tech automated systems designed to monitor and regulate the operation of heating substations. The equipment is used in a wide variety of infrastructure facilities: apartment buildings, office centers, industrial sites, and other structures with centralized heat supply.

In addition to direct process control (both manual and automatic), the cabinets perform:

Key Control and Monitoring Functions

  1. Weather-dependent temperature correction in the heating circuit — adapts the heating medium heating to current meteorological conditions.
  2. DHW thermal stabilization — maintains the set water temperature in the hot water supply system.
  3. Ventilation climate control — ensures the required temperature regime in the ventilation circuit.
  4. Return flow analysis — monitors the temperature of the returning heating medium to improve the system`s energy efficiency.
  5. Equipment electrical protection — Preventing damage to power circuits due to overloads and short circuits.
  6. Pump group coordination—control of pump operation in all process circuits of the heating plant.
  7. Visualization and dispatching—display of current operating modes and prompt transmission of signals about emergency situations.

Intelligent automation functions

  • Pump equipment redundancy—instant start-up of backup units in the event of a failure of the primary units, eliminating interruptions in heat supply.
  • Pump load balancing—cyclic change of the order of switching units on/off. This algorithm evenly distributes the operating load between the electric motors, significantly increasing their service life.
