The Woltman WI turbine irrigation water meter is recommended for installation at water intakes from open reservoirs, for measuring the amount of wastewater in sewer systems, as well as at agricultural facilities.
Wastewater meters are used to measure contaminated water, for example, in agriculture, wastewater treatment plants or wastewater treatment plants. These water meters have special requirements for work in harsh conditions.
Wastewater meters WI (irrigation) ensure this due to the fact that the measuring insert is located in the upper part of the pipe, where there is usually only a small number of suspended particles in the flowing water. The meter easily copes with pollution up to 30%. In case of very heavy contamination, it is recommended to additionally install external filters in front of the meter.
The manufacturer-tested measuring insert is the same for all meter sizes and can be supplied with the following measuring accuracy:
Qmax-Qt: ± 3% (values class A + B)
Qt-Qmax: ± 5% (class A values)
The roller counter is completely encapsulated and thus protected from contamination. The meters are supplied as standard with a lockable metal protective cover that reliably protects the counter even under harsh conditions.
Retrofitting with pulse encoders can be carried out at any time without damaging the control seal.
NAMUR pulse, optical and inductive sensors provide all possible sensor options and make integration into a data transmission system very simple.
