Application:
Food industry, pulp and paper industry, petrochemical industry, cold water supply (CWS), hot water supply (DHW), heat supply with any standard heat carrier (including antifreezes), steam systems (steam lines, steam pipelines), condensate lines, process water supply, neutral gas pipelines and inert gases, including natural (natural) gas, water treatment and intake, transportation of mineral and synthetic oils, light oil products, etc.
Installation:
Prior to installation, it is necessary to inspect the filter ABRA-YS-3000-SS316 mesh threaded stainless steel. If damage, defects resulting from improper transportation or storage are found, the ABRA-YS-3000-SS316 stainless steel mesh threaded filter is not allowed to be put into operation without the consent of the seller. Before installation, remove the plastic plugs (if any). The mesh filter on a horizontal pipeline is installed in a horizontal position with the cover down. On a horizontal steam line, the cover must be installed sideways. Vertical installation is only possible with flow direction from top to bottom. The direction of the medium flow must match the arrow on the filter housing.
Note:
To quickly clean the strainer from accumulated contaminants, you can use the drain cover of the filter. The lid can only be opened when the system is switched off. Depending on the quality of the working environment and the requirements for the operating conditions of the protected equipment, the filter must be serviced, as a rule, at least once a year. To completely clean the filter, remove the cover and remove the mesh. Then the mesh must be rinsed under running water to remove foreign particles. When refitting the cover, it is recommended to use a new gasket.
