ASTA P100 is a single-seat two-way control valve, controlled by electric or pneumatic drives, designed for precise remote regulation or shut-off of the flow of the working medium.

Design Features

• Various types of valve seals (PTFE or metal-to-metal)
• A pressure-balanced version of the valve is available, allowing the use of low-power actuators
• The shut-off and control surfaces of the plunger are spaced in different planes, which reduces wear on these surfaces and extends the service life of the valve
• Self-sealing spring-loaded chevron gland assembly
• Mechanical strengthening of the stem with subsequent polishing and lubrication to reduce friction and increase the service life of the gland assembly
• Two stem guides to increase the accuracy of plunger positioning and reduce the impact of high pressure during its movement
• A repairable design that allows changing the valve's throughput capacity during its maintenance.
