Overview

The MVI flanged balancing valve is designed for precise hydraulic balancing of heating and cooling systems. The valve body is made of cast iron. Flanges comply with TS ISO 7005-2 standard. The valve can be used in heating and cooling systems with an operating pressure of up to 16 bar and a heating medium temperature in the range from -20 ° C to 120 ° C.
The main characteristics of the balancing valve:

  • cast iron body complies with EN-JL 1040;
  • flanges comply with EN 558-1 standard;
  • epoxy coating of internal and external surfaces of the valve;
  • the handle is equipped with two windows indicating the position of the valve setting; the left window indicates the number of full revolutions; the right window displays hundredths of each revolution with an interval of 0.05;
  • a metal-to-metal threaded stop mechanism, which provides accurate fixation of valve settings, allows the valve to be closed and then reopened to a preset position;
  • The valve spool with EPDM gasket ensures tight valve shut-off.
